Service Description

During this class for all abilities, you'll be encouraged to hold postures for slightly longer than you ordinarily might, this allows more time to explore our physical & mental capabilities in a conscious and considered way. The focus on stillness & breath during Yin promotes becoming comfortable with the discomfort' thus affording an unrivalled opportunity to improve mobility, flexibility and quietening of the mind.
